FO: Nichole's Cowl
Pattern: Simple Fitted Cowl
For: Nichole
Yarn: ~117 yds Lorna's Laces Shepherd Bulky in Woodlawn
Needles: US 9 KP Options
Timeline: started 12.31.2008; finished 01.04.2009
Not much to say. I used a bulky yarn instead of a worsted weight one, so I just cast on 68 stitches instead of 100. I also skipped the shaping and didn't switch to smaller needles.
I LOVED working with this yarn, and can definitely see myself using this for a cowl for myself. However, I'd probably pick a solid color, since I had to switch between both ends of the ball every two rows to keep it from pooling too much.
